We’re passionate about facilitating change and visioning many kinds of future possibilities. So when we were approached to help plan and design a new website and refreshed brand identity for Dooney & Bourke, we were excited to bring our craft and expertise to the fashion sector.
We began by examining the company's market data and reviewing Dooney's vision to expand its customer base. We then explored a range of new product messaging opportunities and strengthened and refreshed the brand strategy. We also worked with the Dooney team to identify gaps in its legacy messaging and communication channels while highlighting growth opportunities.
During this research, planning, and strategy work, we worked through big brand decisions and complex systems with the Dooney team. Together, we selected the most appropriate mobile friendly e-commerce platform, redefined lifestyle photography, and established a brand standards manual. Check out the document here.
