Since 2012, The Work Department has collaborated with our long-time partner, Allied Media Projects to aid in planning the annual Allied Media Conference and to develop all the visual materials for it. Our work together is rooted in a shared goal to cultivate an accessible, accommodating, and inclusive conference experience where people can connect and organize.

Throughout the year-long democratic planning process, we engage with key stakeholders, conference attendees, and staff across the country to understand their visions for the conference design and messaging. Drawing from their input, we create custom visuals each year for print and digital tools used throughout the conference, including a program book, signage for wayfinding, social media posts, website graphics, and all other conference materials.
